Her credits include positions as Editor in Chief, Managing Editor, Staff Writer specializing in education, leisure living, food and arts and entertainment. She was co-producer, writer and on air persona for the Entertainment Review for 25 years. In "retirement," she finds herself working on online websites and as a book editor. In her other life, she is a costumer in her daughter's company, Gemini Dream Designs.

As a convention, MidSouth Con is 32 years young and growing with each passing year. It has an average of 120 hours of programming in multiple tracks during the Con (and that’s not counting the Video Room, Anime Room or gaming tracks). The Con offers panels or presentations on Science, Education, Space, Gaming, Fandom, Comics, Anime, Costuming, Movies, SCA, Art, Writing, and much more.

Her choir is not just any choir; they are a show choir. In addition to a grueling preparation for the many songs they perform each year throughout the city, they also have a grueling January training in dance. Lifts, tumbles, jumps. Dancing solo and partnered. In January, week(s) of dance training start in the morning and last into the evening, doubling the amount of time most young people spend in school. Plus Saturdays and/or Sundays. Through it all, they have to keep their grades up. And they come back for more. And more.
