TENNESSEE: Ziplining. It’s a glorious feeling.
From a higher elevation starting point — which can be a country side setting or an urban landscape — you are attached to a harness which is attached to a line (longer or shorter depending on location). Even as you take a first deep breath, you are airborne, gliding over the countryside in the adventure of a lifetime.
Some zip lines are mixed with long aerial walkways that connect from tree to tree or platform to platform — or both. Safety gear is key: helmets, harnesses, safety lines … it all works to protect you through the adventure of a lifetime.
It might surprise you to know just how many ziplines are up and running in Tennessee. Weather you want a springtime glide or a fall foliage tour from an entirely new perspective, ziplines are just the ticket.
