Movies in the Park offers double feature in October

The Movies in the Park event  for September 1 was cancelled due to inclement weather. Parks & Rec has rescheduled the showing for October 20 at the Heritage Park Soccer Field. The Saturday event will be a double feature with two hits from the 80’s, – “The Princess Bride” followed by “The Goonies.” Both movies are rated PG.

All movies are shown on a Saturday evening and begin at dusk. To learn  exact times of the movies, visit the Facebook page or follow Clarksville Parks & Rec on Twitter.

Mark your calendars for the next regular movie showing on September 15, featuring the popular new release, “The Hunger Games” – rated PG-13.
